Biography:
Keith Antoine is a Performance Coach. Over 10 years in the computer and telecoms sector, working through growth and decline, mergers and acquisitions, redundancies and recessions for UK and multi-national companies has given him an understanding of how organisations function at their best and at their worst. His coaching skills were honed in the extremely competitive and performance driven environment of Track & Field athletics where he specialises in the sprints, hurdles and relay events.
The ‘90s was a busy decade which saw Keith appointed as the youngest GB National Coach for sprints & relays, Paralympic Team Coach, Senior Sprints/Hurdles Coach for the Midlands, as well as personally coaching athletes to medals in the European & World Junior Championships and onto teams for the Commonwealth, European, World & Olympic Games. From 2000-2006 Keith was GB Paralympic Sprints Coach through the Sydney and Athens Games and was brought back onto the team to assist with preparing the team for London 2012.
For the last 15 years Keith has used and further sharpened his skills to coach individuals and teams within organisations around the world for clients such as Vodafone, GM, Microsoft, EPO (Europe), BAE Systems, ADGAS (UAE), Wavin (Netherlands), LloydsTSB, NAS Kenya and 3 (UK & India). Keith is developing the same credibility in the business world as an executive coach, and for his ability to coach leaders and teams to improved levels of performance management and real team working; the latter being supported by his book Working Together (Effectively). When this is combined with his talent for interactive, thought-provoking and humorous presentations, it means that with Keith you get more than an hour of feel-good sporting anecdote and story-telling. What you get are tailored messages, designed to make an audience not only think but also generate ideas with a willingness and commitment to execute them. Because that’s how you begin to positively impact performance!
