Biography:

David Bateson is British male Voice of God. He graduated from BA HONS in Drama at University of Kwazulu-Natal, Duban. He trained and entered the acting profession in South Africa before returning to Britain in 1984.

Since 1992 David Bateson has excelled in VOG, awards hosting and conference presenting and announcing, theatre, film and TV. He received two awards in 2014 and 2022 and works with numerous commercial clients including Novo Nordisk, ISS, Carlsberg, NASA Genlab, Vestas, Lego, IO interactive, Aramco Quantinuum and Ftisalat Telecommunications. He is the face and voice of Agent 47 in IOI’s HITMAN, a AAA computer game franchise for the last 23 years.

He was the live VOG for the Hans Christian Andersen Festival concert to celebrate the bicentenary of his birth. The event was held in the Danish national football stadium in front of 40,000 spectators and an estimated televised audience of 500,000 viewers. David was the host of the European Cup Final 2016 Carlsberg Head sponsor dinner for their 650 business guests, held in Vienna in 2008. He’s been the live VOG presenter for some of Europe's biggest companies annual conferences and awards shows, most notably: Novo Nordisk, ISS, Vestas and Lundbeck.

Highlights include recording VOG as the presenter of The Presidents Institute Conference held in Copenhagen 2017 and also VOG at the BAFTA Games Awards 2016 in London.

He has received numerous awards including Outstanding National TV Promo, Voice Arts Awards 2014 New York, Outstanding Live Event Announcer (Voice of God) and One Voice Awards 2022, London.
